Structural Composition
It mainly consists of components such as the motor, coupling, brake, reducer, drum, steel wire rope, pulley block, and frame. High-lift models often adopt a double-layer or multi-layer winding structure to shorten the drum length and improve efficiency. ‌
Function and Application
‌High-Lift Characteristics‌: The maximum lifting height can reach 120 meters, making it suitable for scenarios requiring long-travel control in large hydropower stations or water conservancy hub projects. ‌
Synchronization Stability‌: The dual-lifting-point design ensures balanced gate lifting and lowering through a connecting shaft, making it suitable for large gate control. ‌
Safety Configuration‌: Equipped with a speed-limiting device (descending speed ≤5m/min) to prevent collision damage between the gate bottom edge and the sill, along with a hand-crank device as a backup power source. ‌
Operational Specifications
Regular inspection of the lubrication system and cleaning of screw oil stains are required. During the debugging phase, no-load tests and rated load tests must be conducted. Daily maintenance requires keeping the tracks clean and the equipment lubricated.
